        My brother's body was picked up but they couldn't tell me where he was being taken to and they had no business cards for us to find out info. Memoria didn't return our calls for days. This became their MO. Had to chase every step of the way. We asked for cutting of his hair for his sons who lived abroad. THEY FORGOT! Said my brother's casket would be waiting in chapel before service so we didn't order cars. It wasn't there and they arrived late in white van. Very distressing. Appalling. Coop was just a few hundred pound more and they were wonderful when my father passed 10 days after my brother. Memoria is not a caring company at such a sad time. I do not recommend them ...

        Apart from the delay at the beginning, Memoria were excellent .Haley was so considerate & kind, I would recommend them strongly Thank you memoria for everything especially Haley we had a lovely funeral for my mum everyone was excellent .

        We had a beautiful service for my late wife, Claire and Michelle have been extremely helpful since. The gardens and lake are lovely and it is nice to sit and listen to the birdsong. A very peaceful, relaxing place
