Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Barry Island, Vale of Glamorgan

Our cat Bellamy loves Longcroft. You might wonder how I can know that... I just do! He comes home clean and well fed and less vocal than when he has stayed elsewhere. Sarah sends photos and updates, she genuinely cares. Wouldn't choose to go anywhere else

As Charlie had managed to escape (twice) last year from his holiday home I was incredibly nervous to leave him anywhere, but Sarah had put my mind at rest from the start. Charlie was a bit nervous of being moved and hid for much of the first day, but it was great to hear from Sarah how he was getting on and when he finally showed himself, to get pictures. As we couldn't make it back for a designated pick up time, Sarah was very accommodating and looked after Charlie until we could get there. I feel much better about leaving him in the future. I'm now planning my holidays really far in advance to make sure there's availability!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Sarah and the service she provides at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel. Myself and my partner had a really bad experience with a cattery a few years back and we were so nervous when it came to finding an alternative option however I am so happy we discovered Longcroft. Sarah made us feel at ease from the get go. Initial contact via email was easy and thorough and we were offered to visit the accommodation before booking. On arrival Sarah warmly greeted us with Sal (our cat), the location was absolutely stunning. Gorgeous views of the sea and the cat accommodation was placed in her beautiful garden. The first thing I noticed was how clean and calm the environment was. I felt immediately relaxed. Sal was allowed to get used to his surroundings whilst we chatted to Sarah and he wasn't put in his room straight away, he said hello to the other cats and sniffed around! Saying goodbye to Sal was made easier knowing he was going to be so well looked after. Throughout his stay, Sarah sent updates and pictures via what's app which we appreciated very much. We would 100% recommend trusting Longcroft with looking after your cat(s) when you go away and we will be telling everyone we know how amazing our experience was with them. Finally, just wanted to say a big thank you to Sarah for everything and we left with a very happy Bengal!
