Wynter Isabelle Bridal

I cant recommend this bridal boutique enough, it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Stacey was so warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment. I had been to another bridal shop in Cardiff before having my appointment with at Wynter Isabelle and was left feeling uncomfortable, they tried to fit me in to ridiculously small sample dresses and made me feel very rushed as my wedding was in 11 months. The experience with Wynter Isabelle couldnt have been more different, the sample sizes were realistic and you were able to see how your dress would look. There were a brilliant selection of dresses and the boutique is laid out so you can see all of the dresses and are able to make decisions about what to try on. We also were so relieved that all the alterations are handled by an in-house seamstress and the staff at the boutique. Very excited for the rest of my journey with Wynter Isabelle Bridal. Thank you.

I came a couple of weeks ago to just have a feel of what dresses might suit me. I was made to feel so welcomed, put at ease, I didnt feel pressured into buying a dress and the shop is absolutely stunning. I tried on many dresses and was never made to feel uncomfortable in any style, even if they didnt suit me. I found my perfect dress and cant wait to go back to see it again!

I have just returned from "saying yes to the dress"! I cannot sing the praises of this bridal experience enough, and that is exactly what it is, a lovely welcoming occasion with exquisite gowns and exquisite service. Thank you Stacey, you made something I was fearful of into a "universe moment" and I haven't stop smiling yet.

Thank you to Stacey for making my experience at Wynter Isabelle so amazing I honestly didnt expect to walk away finding my dream dress but I did! Thank you for your patience after trying on over 15 dresses and choosing the first one I tried on! I cant wait to come back and try it on again. Highly recommend Wynter Isabelle if youre looking for your dream dress.
