        Its such a sad state of Affairs at was a thriving bank one time,Obviously not anymore,One cashier and most days,Staff can be a little rude like they dont want to be there sometimes,Not happy in your job leave,Simple as that,Always big queues in this Barry branch,Yes we know about the app thing but theres so many people who dont understand whats going on with the app and do things the old fashion way and go into the bank itself,Cant see this bank being open in the future with how a lack of everything was clear everytime I go into the bank,It so sad

        Brilliant staff, the machine shallowed my card as the magnetic strip was slighty ripped, the lady on the floor front on Tuesday 4th January at around 15:15 was very helpful and prompt at sorting this. She even stayed late on her shift to deposit a cheque for me that the machine couldn't read it People are the way forward, these machines are rubbish; the staff that I had today are worth 10 thousand of those self service machines. Thanks to the ladies in the back too who dug my card from the machine.
