        Purchased a van November 2021 and was promised the document would be with us within 7 days as we needed to send to the finance provider. After waiting 6 weeks, contacted the DVLA to be told it was not registered to us but another business. Contacted Think Vans and was told to apply for another document, which we were not happy about as it would put another owner on the vehicle. We have ended up having to do this as the van was due to be taxed and we had no document. As a business owner I just do not have the time to be sorting out a problem not created by us. Please make sure you see the document before taking delivery. ^*Update** despite the reply and we will look into it 2 months have passed and still no response poor way to run a business and deal with a complaint.
