        Personally found Sandersons the worst estate agents I have ever been in contact with. From a potential buyers perspective, communication was lack lustre and ill informed, they didn't seem bothered in returning my queries and overall I found them unprofessional (not even confirming dates in a email for a house visit, that I requested to be done as didn't have my diary). To the extent, I will never buy a house through them. A shame, but for me they optimise the typical view on Estate Agents.

        My wife and I have now sold 2 properties through Sandersons and bought 3! Every time we have been impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail. They price realistically (you should listen to them - some estate agents will inflate the price to get your business, only for you to have to drop it when the property doesnt sell) and they make sure the property is presented to best effect. We would struggle to find fault with them and for us they are our go to estate agents.
