Great little shop that stocks most of the camping/caravanning/motorhome essentials. Competitively priced. Park in town and walk up to it, as they road is narrow here.

Ive needed a towing converter for the caravan socket today. When arriving at the shop it was closed There was a sign in the window to say if you need anything call the the number on the sign. Reluctantly but desperate I phoned!!!! The lady from the shop answered & couldnt be more helpful, she came & opened up & I was on my way in 10 mins. Credit where credit is due. Thank you so much.

Called to check stock of caravan bulkhead regulator. Woman was very short on the phone, confirming stock. Went to shop and said what I was there for only to then be escorted around the shop, baby sat and watched like a hawk and when I asked any question about the item she was very impatient and very short tempered, I asked why only to be told in a very sharp, rude and condescending tone that things had been stolen by people like you EXCUSE me???? I said, and thats how you speak to customers? This then erupted in to a full blown argument about how they were a small business and could not afford theft!!!!! The man, Im assuming husband just stood there looking weak and completely dominated. No question who wears the trousers here!!. Several other customers were shocked by what they were hearing immediately left the shop commenting on the woman manner and how disgusting it was!!. I could not believe it, even after I told them what I was there for and had called in advance. I am not surprised you are still a small business, treating customers like that, I was going to browse the shop for few other bits to but this clearly is not allowed with an escort, so only purchase the item that we actually needed and had no choice in at the time. After talking to several locals and a couple of people in the caravan service industry it seems she is always like this and to quote them , they all said the same thing oh her? Yes, she is an extremely nasty piece of work!!! If you dont want your day ruined, avoid. Zero stars for customer service and in checking after, prices are astronomically expensive The item they charged me almost 40 for is widely available for nearly half at 24 thats posted too, less if collected. Unable to give zero stars
