Enjoyed a fabulous week away at this holiday cottage, the rooms were lovely with ample space and plug sockets. Three bathrooms which were all great, although not sure anyone actually used the third (was downstairs behind the utility with tile flooring). The rest of the cottage was perfect with a cosy feel to it. And lastly the hot tub was a great finish, we spent many evenings there. I am disappointed though in the service and lack of communication between staff as we were awoke at 1am to rushing water. Through no fault of the owners, the kitchen tap had rusted and burst, with the other about to go. We were drenched and rushing about trying to stop it, luckily my family is an engineer and found a way to temporarily stop it. The next day we were due for the cleaners to give us new towels etc, but by the end of the day after we got home, no one had visited! Turns out the cleaners never got contacted. Worst of all, this all happened on my dad's birthday! With no discount etc or apology much I don't think I'll be returning unfortunately.
