Set in an idyllic setting overlooking the sea with excellent views, what's not to love. The rooms are excellent and kept clean and tidy and the breakfast is perfect the owners ask your needs and nothing is too much trouble for them. Had a few conversations with them and they are such nice down to earth people friendly and always happy to help, will be stopping here again

Close enough to Barmouth but far enough away to be out of the madness. About a 30 minute walk to Barmouth or a short drive or taxi ride and only a 10 minute walk to the nearest bar and eatery. Lovely veiws from the outside and from the bedroom window. Stayed in a spacious comfortable bedroom, with access to a large personal bathroom with an amazing bath. A great full breakfast to start the day with locally sourced meat and a choice of cereals and homemade compotes. Lovely hosts, who couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely stay again if visiting Barmouth.

These hosts are intrusive, petty and controlling. We were told that "they don't replace towels, only iron them daily". Ask them for a rubbish bag ('we only service the rooms before 11am'), and the response. "Jesus C*****! What do you want now!" Horrible people, horrible experience. And when you leave, you are reported as a "No Show" - probably so that you cannot write a review. Avoid.
