I was upset to learn that my pet had an injury that I hadnt been aware of.The Vet was lovely and reassured me that he was going to be fine.She was great.

I was worried about Charlie when I made an appointment, they gave me a appointment that suited me, the receptionist was lovely, friendly and very friendly with Charlie she made me feel at ease, the vet was also friendly and helpful, I had 2 appointments in 1 week, seen 2 different receptionists and 2 vets, all were lovely

Staff are very friendly and helpful always happy to help and answer questions and make me feel welcome and comfortable

The lady behind reception (not sure if she was a receptionist or nurse as it was the last appointment of the day) was lovely. Helped get Oreo on the scales as she was scared. She also ensured we had the last appointment as Oreo isn't good with other dogs and was happy to wait as we were stuck in traffic and 10 mins late to the appointment, so I called to explain I was on the way, they thankfully, kept her appointment open. The vet was lovely, friendly, and explained everything well, giving a bit of advice for Oreos' flaky, itchy skin. The vet also lifted her on the table as she's heavy for me, and he was very caring and gentle with her, giving her the booster. Now that I know the pet plan I have been paying for the last 3 years is finally being used for something towards Oreos care, I will happily go back and recommend to others.
