Took my car for M.O.T and it failed,,so knowing my M.O T was valid till December 2nd Friday I took it from there as lads said they needed to order a part and bring it in on Friday as they were really busy and they were,,Kevin was really good in explaining everything,,took it in Friday morning and went to reception to hand key in and man on phone there and even after he wasn't on phone he just sat there not acknowledge me at all,,no hello or can I help you or nothing??? Then this very nice bloke called shy,,((please forgive me if got name wrong)))came to me and very helpful,,as for the other man called dave he so arrogant,,anyway picked up car and shy?? Dealt with me again in a very helpful manner,,first impressions count in business to,,try telling dave bloke that,,thanks rest of the lads you go hand in hand with customer service and merry xsmas
