The cafe is excellent, service can be slow due to staffing levels, and the requirement to pay for caf purchases at the main entrance (only a few steps away) is quirky, but not a problem, and the staff are uniformly welcoming and friendly.
Storiel also has 3 meeting rooms that are well used and very good quality.
