        Explain to me why you push your app so much when it is clearly dysfunctional. Booked a taxi through the app for a certain time only to be called by driver 6 minutes earlier than my booking time telling me to essentially leg it because he had another job booked for 5 minutes after my booking and essentially had to beg for 2 mimutea to lock up my house and put my shoes on. As if that is my fault! Was told in the car ride to not use the app to book taxis as it doesn't actually mean an operator is confirming your booking but only a computer. So essentially you have no guarantee that you're gonna get to your job on time or at all to be honest with you!
