I've learned a lot about nutrition as well as how to use the gym equipment.
The classes are great fun (albeit difficult at times!) and all the trainers are friendly and approachable.
I am so proud of myself for taking part in the challenge and now I have signed up as a member to continue the classes and access the gym.
Thank you to all those who have helped me so far on my fitness journey at Enzone!

The 6 week fitness challenge was amazing. Not only did I loose plenty of weight and body fat percentage but more importantly lowered my dangerous visceral fat.
Thought us the import of nutrition and diet and always there supporting the group.
If like me youre in a bad place physically and health wise dont hesitate book onto the next 6 week plan.
