        My other half uses this branch... Well used to. They cancelled appointments but didn't actually get through to him resulting in us wasting petrol on a 60 mile round trip on one occasion. The old team of people in store were lovely (before the pandemic) but last time he went for an appointment to assess his contact lenses there were new staff members in the store and he was pressured by an impatient member of staff. He has dyspraxia and isn't the quickest at taking his lenses out, didn't manage to do it with someone tutting and telling him to hurry up so it resulted in nothing but another waste of petrol and him leaving without a new prescription and feeling thoroughly deflated. Perhaps the staff need some training with regards to dealing with people who have disabilities...
