        Friendly greeting, then shown to waiting area. Not long to wait before called into consulting room for eye test. Everyone very professional. Appointment was on time!

        Having had new varifocal glasses I had a problem with them as the distance was fuzzy, on visiting the Bangor branch and explaining the problem I was seen by Gareth Riley who carried out a couple of tests and advised me that the left lens of glasses needed to be tweaked and he would sort it out, the after customer service is very good at the Bangor branch and Gareth Riley needs a special mention as he was excellent.
