        My mum who is poorly cannot get access to her parking spot outside her bungalow because access is completely blocked by nwh vans .posted pics as I'm fed up of complaining and nothing being done none of the residents here who are all elderly or poorly cannot park either .I dread to think what if someone needed an ambulance in an emergency!! I or a fire engine
