        A professional service from an excellent heating oil provider. Staff was very helpful in setting up my account. A pleasure doing business with Dragon Petroleum Bangor.

        We have been a customer for almost 20 years having on average 4800 Ltrs a year delivered. We have never missed a payment or had any issues at all. we made one payment late this year due to being very ill with covid and they have cancelled all our credit facilities and told us from now on all orders will need to be paid for in advance and they can only guarantee delivery within 7 days. Awful customer service! Contacted another local supplier who will deliver our first ever order tomorrow and have given us standard credit terms already. l do need to state though that the staff at the local office were brilliant and tried to resolve the issue but were told no from higher up the chain.
