        The shop is modern and always spotlessly clean and inviting and the staff are helpful and friendly. Always a nice atmosphere. Boots could learn a thing or two about revamping their shops and bringing them into the 22nd century!!

        i was outraged when i entered superdrug bangor today. Normally i have an enjoyable experience but today i was lost for words. Unfortunately they seem to have a member of staff who discriminate individuals based on their age. at first i accidentally opened a product thinking it was a tester product but this female member of staff who had been following me around the store rudely pasted fast towards me and my friends and said loudly you cant open that. I understand that i made a mistake but the product had already been opened and it was a simple mistake but this staff member was quick to jump to conclusions. I then moved on and kept in mind to ensure that the products i was using were labelled tester but this blunt staff member decided to follow me and my friends around the store for the rest of our visit and we felt very discriminated, displeased, offended and uncomfortable!!! One of my friends also heard this staff member talk badly about us into her mic!! Im very disgusted to know that staff use their professional equipment to talk SMACK about children. thsi is wrong!!!
