        First impressions of the company were good and I booked in to get them to come out and measure up a window and patio door for an accurate quote. They failed to turn up after I took the day off work and drove an hour to the property for the appointment. They didnt ring to let me know, to apologise or to rebook another appointment. I went to a different local company who got everything sorted for us with no hassle.
