        Always forget to put food in my orders, seems to be the case with most kfc around the uk.

        Drive through is a joke - twice I've been screwed over by this place. Queued only to be told when you get to the window/speaker that it's cash only ! Then you have to sit in the queue for another 10minutes just to get out of the place with no food !!! Can't even be arsed to stick a sign up on the entrance to the drive through. Suggested it to the service window only to be met with a gormless look and them trying to give me someone else's order

        After waiting 20 mins for our order, only 10 people in the place! wouldnt want to go there when its busy! Ordered 2 x 3 pieces meal deal all we got on both was chicken drumsticks! When I approached them his answer was thats all we got if this is the case it should specify this on software when ordering, I would have changed our order! I took a photo of the meal on screen and it showed 1 drumstick and chicken breast and a thigh, for what it costs these days get it right! Was very greasy.
