For me, they were a no show. Talked to Luke first, he promised he will try and book me in, he never did. A week later and a few ignored calls later to Jake I finally get a quote and a date for the job. The day comes and no one shows up. Been completely ignored afterwards. Granted, my job was not massive so I guess they prioritised the big money first, but they could have at least told me they arent interested instead of making me wait at home for an entire day.
