I only came in for a couple of items after leaving the hospital and one of the members of staff was incredibly rude.. and by rude I mean I wanted to leave the shop crying. RUDE! I will definitely not be going there again and will be notifying anybody I know not to go there because this young woman who served me was not only making me wait 3-4 minute at the till despite knowing I was there and was waiting patiently but when I hesitantly asked her in the end of there was any other staff on store that could serve me she gave me MASSIVE cheek despite the fact that I was very polite and have worked in retail myself and was continuously incredibly rude during the transaction despite the fact that I was kind the entire time. Eventually she apologised but I know it wasnt over as she was incredibly rude to a person who came in before me who I assumed at the time was rude to her but apparently not as she was incredibly rude and aggressive towards me afterwards even though I was incredibly kind the entire time no need

Staff was so unprofessional and rude, lacking good customer service. I will never shop there again .
