allway cold it would be better if plates wherev warm but they are stone cold if it was warm then it would be 5 star pleas warm your plates .staff are very good very help full .

Consistently bad stressed attitude from OLDER members of staff. Dropping food on to my table and saying "that's as good as it gets". Paying for food, not receiving it as the ticket has gone missing. Untrained staff that can't cope with stress, they need someone in charge to take the lead. Such an easy job to do if ORGANISED, I know as I do chef work myself!... Your Asian/ Chinese American chef/ waitresses is your best member of staff there!!!.
