I went with my friend as it was her first time in a salon and she was a bit nervous. The reception was lovely and very accommodating. My friend was still a bit nervous at points in her HD Brows and her eyelash treatment but the beautician was extremely lovely and even gave her a mini hand massage mid treatment to help calm her nerves. After she saw the results she was so happy and speechless! Would recommend to anyone

I had a massage earlier this week and was thoroughly impressed with how well New Image has adapted for social distancing. I felt very safe and had a wonderful treatment! Happy to help support a local business through very tough times :)

Had electrolysis treatment here today and would highly recommend this salon. The staff were very friendly and put me at ease. The treatment itself wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be and not very painful at all. Will definitely be going again in the future if needed.
