        Absolutely ridiculous that the hours of this business are still reduced. No wonder the high street is dying. How is the average working person able to bank? Book a holiday to go to the bank!

        The staff at my local branch are always welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Any problems I have had or not understood something they have sorted my problem out and explained everything to me. Its a very friendly atmosphere in there and makes you feel at ease. I won't bank with any other. Been with them long time and will continue to be their customer. Great service.
