        Left rear road bike wheel in to have a spoke replaced and wheel truing. They replaced the spoke but completely over trued my wheel so much so that it no longer fitted into the frame correctly, and think have actually caused damage to the hub. Very annoyed, took it back and was meet with head scratching and no solution. the staff member seated the wheel incorrectly just to make it fit. No help. I am having to take it to an alternative independent bike repeat shop to have looked at. (This was at the Bangor N.Ireland shop)
