On Point Acupuncture

Having never had acupuncture but suffered with many allergies including severe hayfever and seasonal asthma, the lovely ladies at Estyn Well-being suggested that I meet with Lily to discuss how acupuncture might be able to help. Now, I'm actually not a big fan on needles so I was apprehensive to say the least. I needn't have worried because Lily put my mind totally at ease after going through a thorough consultation; acupuncture is not just about treating your ailments, but understanding the 'why's and how's of your aches/pains/allergies/sadness/yin & yang and all manner of things. Acupuncture has not only vastly improved my hayfever (from streaming eyes to running nose, itchy throat and persistent cough; to, well hardly anything really- a sniffle or two here and there) but it has changed my perspective on how I live and what I actually put into my body. Apparently I'm too hot (yay!) and Lily tells me that's down to the yang energy; I just have too much. So in this instance there are things that you need to do (or not do in my case) to improve you well-being that works in conjunction with the treatment. She'll kill me for broadcasting this, but ask her to put a needle in the top of your head; this is amazing. It clears the mind and provide deep relaxation. Seriously, don't waste any time in booking an appointment with Lily; it's one of the best things I've ever done

I've been having treatments from Lily for my digestive issues and during the very first treatment I could feel the energy flowing through my body. I hardly had any symptoms of IBS since then. For someone who doesn't like to take medicine, acupuncture is a fantastic way of managing pain. Lily is compassionate about her work, knowledgeable and a good listener. I highly recommend her treatments to everyone.

I was a bit nervous about trying acupuncture as I have a needle phobia but it wasn't painful or scary and I found it very relaxing. After one session of acupuncture with lily I was able to sleep better than I have for a long time, my appetite is better and I am no longer being sick after eating. I'm looking forward to my next session.

Visited today and had a fantastic treatment. I suffer with anxiety so was a big step for me to go. Lily put me completely at ease with her professional and friendly manner. Her knowledge instilled confidence in me and put me right at ease. I felt so relaxed during and after the treatment and will DEFINITELY be back for more. Would highly recommend to others as well.
