Antelope Inn Bangor

Me and my partner came to the Antelope Inn last weekend and were so impressed by the food, drinks and atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful (particularly Sam). A lovely start to our bank holiday.

Was not impressed with the food at this place at all, waited a very long time for a below average dishes with obviously frozen chips, nobody else liked their food either and some orders were wrong! Everything was very dry and bland and the cocktails were extremely weak and tasteless. Would not come back here ever! The only good thing about this place is the view of the bridge outside.

We are on holiday this week and decided to have a pub meal as a treat, so I phoned this pub, expecting, to book a table for 7.00pm, only to be told they stop serving food at 7.00pm and close at 8.00pm. So just a warning to people about the time, so you know that this pub closes at 8.00pm. Very disappointed as the pub looked good.
