        Update: Met up with a big group of business people. Over 18 orders delivered and dealt with promptly. Everyone praised the food. I had the halloumi salad this time. Superb stuff. Original review: Met up with some friends and we went here purely based on the reviews as not familiar with Bala. Plas yn Dre did not disappoint. We all had steak burgers which were immense. Big thick meaty burgers with decent bread roll, nice hot chips and coleslaw. On the success of the meal, we all had puddings. We all different puddings and I had sticky toffee pudding. Which was a slab of rich, sticky gooeyness served with vanilla ice cream. The restaurant was warm and convivial and excellent friendly staff.
