It is obvious that some money is being spent gradually upgrading the establishment with the downstairs bar and eating areas looking very nice indeed,
The room I had was spacious and the bed comfortable enough with tea/coffee making facilities , good towels and toiletries. I am told that the single frame old wooden windows are to be replaced and this will cancel out the noise from the main high street outside.The location is excellent for Bala and the cooked breakfast top notch.
Would I stay again ? - yes as for the price I paid I found it good value plus I would like to see the planned improvements. Got the makings of a really good inn/hotel in the future.
