St David's Hospice Shop

Myself and my daughter visited this shop , after being in the shop for about a minute or two , a woman approached us and asked if we had masks , I said my daughter was exempt and that I didnt have mine , before I could say I will to the car and get one , the woman started asking if myself or my daughter had been double jabbed . I didnt answer her question has I didnt think it was any of her business, and I told her we where just visiting , she then rudely told us to get out the shop and that we where not welcome , and proceeded on ushering us out the shop , I told her there was no need for her to be so rude and left . I felt totally embarrassed the way she spoke to me in front of customers and my young daughter.

Ive used the charity shop to donate and to buy some items a number of times. The staff have always been friendly and courteous, and appreciative of the donations

Went in to the charity shop in bala wich I support when I can !! and there was a woman member of staff, and I found her very unprofessional in her job, and said some very hurtful things about my girlfriend, ps her name is Lis, or they call her Lis

Thank you so much for your support in the Bala shop when I couldn't find my bankcard, even asking me to update you on whether I found it later. Thankfully it was just misplaced, but I thank you for your care and attention. Great experience as always.
