        Dr Amvit Shivkumar in Morriston Accident & Emergency was quite superb to me recently, when I attended with a drop foot. Pity the Heath in Cardiff were not so on the ball when he attempted to refer me. Hard to believe there is no official process between different hospitals. A ludicrous waste of time and money.
