Very Poor quality product with a management team that ignore complaints, dont deal with issues. My installation was dangerous and did not comply with current building regulations. My windows cracked, fell out and let in more wind than the previous wooden single pain glass that was fitted in the 60s DO NOT USE this form under any circumstances

Had whole house done, windows doors and 2 sets of patio doors. Front door has been nothing but trouble but they came out 3 or 4 times to fix as we were told they were all guaranteed for 10yrs. Now front door has gone again and when contacted the company i was met with a disgusting attitude and they are refusing tto come out. Even tho there is 5yros left n the guaranter. Do not use thos company they are disgusting to customers. Would neber recommend or use again

My elderly parents had this company come and replace a plastic roof on their small extension (2m x 4.5m) with what should have been a tiled roof after a huge sales pitch about how it would improve the property. However, after the company priced up for the job (7000.... YES 7000) they came out and fitted a cheap tile effect felt! Along with this, they also fitted a plasterboard ceiling inside (which sloped to follow the angle of the roof rather than be flat as promised). The plastering is very poor with cracks around the edges, and the downlights now shine straight in your face due to the angle of the ceiling. They're also very poorly fitted due to the holes being cut too large and leaving gaps! And just to top all this off, whenever it rains, the interior wall where the roof joins on to the house becomes a water feature causing the plaster, and newly laid laminate flooring to be damaged!! My poor parents continued to give chance after chance for the company to sort all the issues, but now they refuse to answer any calls. They are now seeking legal advice and contacting a well known tv show to invite them to come and do a show on what this company as left my parents with, and talk about all the stress and upset they have caused... ( left with an extension that cannot be used and a devalued property)!!!! I'd advise anyone looking to use this company to look elsewhere and find a more professional company who knows what they're doing. Please don't make the same mistake my parents did!
