Fantastic, warm and welcoming, with lovely clean rooms. Julia and Stuart are fantastic hosts. There's always a warm drink and Welsh Cakes when we arrive (and the wood burner going in the winter months). The breakfast is also fantastic, my partner(edit now wife) is vegan and they will go out of their way to cater for her. This is a great base to explore a huge amount of West Wales! We have now been staying for our Birthday trips for a number of years at Mellieha, and we really don't want to go anywhere else. The resident Badgers and Jays make this our perfect Birthday stay in October and February. From here we can head to Bosherston Lily Ponds to hopefully catch a glimpse of the Otters and then on to Stackpole Quay before following the coast around to Barafundle, Broadhaven (south) and back to Bosherston.

We have just returned from a relaxing 5 night stay at this gorgeous little guest house & everything about it was absolutely perfect - from the hosts, Julia & Stuart, who couldnt have been more friendly & helpful, to the complimentary afternoon tea on arrival with homemade coffee cake & Welsh cakes, the spotlessly clean en-suite room & spacious private deck with views of the sea & the beautiful garden & delicious breakfasts (I recommend the homemade yogurt & the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs!). It was such a treat to watch the birds & squirrels in the garden while we were eating our breakfast too!! Myself & my husband Andrew loved it here & you will too!!
