After my father passed away, i spent a long time calling various funeral dicrectors in the local area. I can say without hesitation that E C Thomas & Son are, by far, the kindest and most empathetic people we spoke to. We made the decision to take on their services and we were not dissappointed. They were very easy to get a hold of and contact during their working hours. They were very accomodating of all our specific requests, even if it was not something that they usually handled. If you are looking for a funeral directors or any funeral services in the carmarthenshire or pembrokshire areas, I would highly reccomend you give your busniness to these people. Overall, a kind, honest and professional service. Thank you to Dan and everyone else at the team.

I have just worked with Stuart and Dan for a funeral in Birmingham. I was so impressed by the way they went above and beyond for the family, driving the hearse nearly 200 miles to arrive on time at the crematorium. Lovely demeanour and thoroughly professional. Highly recommended for a dedicated and totally generous service.

Stewart and his staff have been absolutely wonderful in every way dealing with my father who passed away recently. He was 97, didn't want any fuss in any way and this was dealt with in a kind and considerate way making a sad time mush easier for us. Thank you Stewart for all you did for him, he would have been proud of your help.

I can't thank Dan and the team at EC Thomas & Son enough for their care and kindness in arranging the funeral for my late father in law. As we're based over 200 miles away from Narberth it was a real comfort and relief to have Dan co-ordinating everything during a really difficult time. The quality and delivery of the service was absolutely faultless, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
