My husband and I visited Monday 30th January, they had an excellent range of fires in the showroom. We decided to go to them after reading on their Web page that they did everything needed to install. We were there less than five minutes as after entering the showroom, we were the only customers, no-one greeted us, the assistant did not make eye contact and as soon as the phone rang she answered it. When she finished on the phone we explained we were there to make a purchase and have full installation, she said they were to busy to do an installation but could sell us a fire I pointed out that we had driven to them from Llanelli as on their Web page it said they could do everything, she replied, "yeah we've been meaning to update that", we left. Very unimpressed, amazing business where you can turn away thousands of pounds of business. Would definitely not recommend. We understand they are busy but the customer service was not a pleasant experience.

Bit disappointed. When a stove company doesn't have fire paste and black stove paint in stock. A bit like halfords not stocking spark plugs

They're great, we won't go anywhere else. Really helpful and friendly too
