        Highly Professional from the initial quote to completion of window replacement. Clear communication and prompt responses at all stages of the process. High quality finish and the fitters left the house in an immaculate condition once completed. We used Sapphire as the windows are manufactured locally and would recommend to anyone.         We ordered a new composite door before Christmas and had it fitted at the end of March. From start to finish Russell, Shaun and their team were fantastic. We had an issue with the door lock on our old door and weren't to sure who to contact and as a new door was immanent didnt want to spend too much. So we rang them and they were more than happy to help and had it replaced within 2 days. The new door looks fantastic and was exactly as ordered. The team fitted it beautifully and quickly. I would definitely consider them for any future work we do on the house. Services: General door installation, General door repair
