Richard helped us with a CLEUD application for a studio space and small annex which were converted many years ago. We were quite anxious about doing this and It was very reassuring to have his support taking us through the process and providing the right paperwork. I couldn't be happier with the service provided Richard was both very professional and had a impressive knowledge when it came to the planning process. I was a complete fish out of water with the whole process but they kept in constant contact with regular updates and any questions he was very easy to get hold of and always took the time to explain things to me.
