        AVOID!!! Paid extra for acoustic glass when I contacted customer services about the tolerance for decibels they said we dont have any. No noise cancellation at all! When I requested an engineers visit wasnt possible unless I paid 300 for which I agreed too never heard from them again. During winter it was discovered that windows are also draughty. Got my own window fitter out who slated the quality and has to adjust the glass and install new marker brushes which they had provided only after my complaint. All in all awful! Would never use again.

        We had windows installed in May 2019. The windows feel drafty and also we had smaller windows fitted and they had a cross upvc design windows which just fall off when it gets warm and one of them is warped. Have tried contacting the company online. Can somebody please give me a call about this?

        Avoid at all costs. Possibly, in fact the worst customer support available. Have to fill out a form and pay 250 upfront for someone to come out and rectify what clearly is a manufacturing issue. It will take you ages to get parts from them and they will look to blame everything other than the poorly made product. In effect keeping your 250. As long as people keep buying they will never change, they dont have to. Those were the words of a senior employee to me. I think that sums them up very well. Below are just a few of the many issues we have had.
