        Told the girl behind the counter 4 times my name and address,got home opened bags wrong persons order,phoned them went back to crosshands from tycroes,spoke to the girl who tried to stay out of my way only to be told sorry,happening too often,time to change chemist

        Very professional pharmacy with excellent bilingual staff who are very happy to help with all queries. The pharmacy is open all day 5 days a week and also a Saturday morning 9-12 and does not close for lunch. It also benefits from a 24 hour 7 day a week prescription collection point which is brilliant for myself as I work shifts and cant always make it to the pharmacy during opening hours.
