Absolutely horrendous attitude on all male pharmacists there! No compassion or care from them whatsoever. Disgusted is not the word! I'd rather suffer a serious illness alone than see them again!

Joined a queue of about four people outside the pharmacy at about 11:40am on Saturday knowing there was a midday close. Queue was barely moving and after the pharmacist refused to see a little girl with eye troubles in front of me, he shut the doors refusing entry of those left in the queue despite having waited patiently. A grace of a few minutes would have cleared the queue and left everyone happy but instead he chose a hard line and told everyone to leave. Hardly demonstrative of a caring community attitude but rather an abrasive, hard line, hard nosed pharmacist who just wanted to get home on time!

Made my son go wait outside in the cold because of social distancing guidelines only allowing two in shop at once. They didn't have any hand sanitizer for customers to use even though they were using some themselves every interaction with a customer. Guidelines made it law for supermarkets to provide sanitizer in wales today let's see if this pharmacy stops watching the pound and provide hand sanitizer for it's customers
