Pampered Paws Cross Hands

I cannot believe that a groomer who sliced a dog's tail off is still in business !!! I would actually give no stars if possible......... I took my Bichon there , she did a dreadful job of grooming her. Her fur looked as though it had been hacked off , it was dreadful. The place was dirty and untidy. Worse still my poor dog was so traumatised, she was vomiting with diarrhoea and I had to take her to the vet who was concerned about how she had been treated. Vets fee 97

Fantastic service from Kelly. I travel from Pembrokeshire with my dog as she is so great and patient with her. Highly recommend and wont go anywhere else. Thanks Kelly from Lexi x

Would like to say a massive thank you to Kelly for doing an amazing job on Carrie For well over a year we have searched for a groomer that is prepared to take the time and effort to achieve the appearance we have wanted and at last @pampered paws is the place. Highly recommend absolutely brilliant

Took our 8 year old Lhasa Apso there and she sliced her tail off!! Had a phone call to collect our poor dog and there was blood everywhere! The vet was appalled and said you'd have to be seriously distracted to cause an injury like that. Our dog was traumatised and had to have stitches and treatment for a few weeks. Groomer didn't want to know. Wouldn't go there again if it was free.

Visited pampered paws yesterday for Terrances first groom. Kelly made me feel at ease and was able to advise me on how to best look after my dogs coat. Really please with him and have already rebooked.
