Sleepy Hollow

The service Mike offers is wonderful, so dignified for your dear pet. I have used him four times in the last couple of years and each time it has been so easy to arrange the cremation, of our beloved dogs and cats. Thank you so much Mike again for putting our darling dog Squeak to rest.

Pauline and Mike made an incredibly difficult time easier and I felt I could trust them with my babies. I would definitely recommend them if youd like a more personal cremation than vets can offer.

Firstly if you are reading this I want to send you a hug and my condolences. I was in your shoes on Sunday after my beloved boy Louie passed away in my arms on Friday age 15. I was so grief stricken I didn't want to be away from him. I found sleepy hollow and spoke to Mike then Pauline the next day after I had some time to think. Mike was able to cremate Louie that day and we picked him up later on. I asked Pauline if I could have some hair and she put some in an envelope for me. What I loved about sleepy hollow was the fact it is a small crematorium at the back of Mike and Pauline's house. I knew the ashes I received were Louies. Mike took the time to explain and answer any questions and both knew what it was like to lose a part of the family. Having gone through the vet system and had my previous dog cremated through the vet I would say sleepy hollow is world's apart. You feel like you are with your pet every step of the way. My heart is broken but knowing Mike and Pauline understood and knowing I 100% have Louie in the urn is a huge relief and comfort. Thank you Mike and Pauline and best wishes and love for the future xx

Wonderful service at a very difficult time. We brought our cat up and he was cremated and returned to us the next day. Pauline made a lovely keepsake of a paw print and a little envelope of his fur. It really was lovely that our cat was treated with such kindness and dignity at the end

I honestly cant thank Mike and Pauline enough. Having had to put my beautiful malamute down Mike and Pauline went out of their way to help me get Moli cremated as soon as possible. They were very supportive and genuinely cared about my dog and myself. They really do go that extra Mile for your pets dignity and to make sure youre ok. Im glad I chose sleepy hollow to look after my beautiful girl. I would highly recommend sleepy hollow if you ever should need your pet cremated. Highly professional and sincerely caring people. Showing extra care to every detail until I collected her today. She was placed in a beautiful hand carved keepsake that Ill cherish forever. I only wished all my others had gone to Pauline and Mike.
