When I was having the frames aligned with my sight an older member of the community became tearful and broke down. The member of staff stopped the process comforted the person showing compassion with understanding and gave them time to compose themselves. I thought it was customer service at its best. In saying this all the staff were friendly and professional.

Went to the Ammanford branch of Specsavers and very happy with the service I received from the pre-test examination of my eyes to the optician who tested my eyes to the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful members of staff who assisted with the choice of frames. Returned to the store a few days later to have the frames adjusted which they did with no problem. Very happy with the service received. Thank you to ALL the staff.

I had an amazing experience at Ammanford Specsavers! I was sent from Carmarthen to Ammanford due to them being more experienced in the condition I was diagnosed with. From the moment I got there they went absolutely above and beyond for my care. Gavin was incredibly helpful, friendly and reassuring. He and the staff even allowed time after closing to make sure that I had everything I needed for my treatment. I have now made a move to Ammanford Specsavers even though it is further for me to travel with the reassurance that I will be looked after incredibly well. I don't normally write reviews but Gavin and his team so deserve to be recognised as a great opticians
