Excellent service to be honest, phoned up and given a 2 hour collection slot for 5 days later (obviously very busy), driver arrived exactly in the middle of the slot. Car taken away, no fuss, payment in my account an hour later, can't fault the service and the help on the phone

I've used ARL twice now to scrap 2 cars in the last 10 months. Such an easy and professional company to deal with. Booking the collections for both cars were hassle free, they arrived at the collection times so no time wasted, when the chaps arrived they were very smartly presented, professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
