Discount Pram Centre

We looked around the Crosshands shop and were there for well over an hour looking at each pram we had an interest in. The ladies gave us space and time to browse and would demonstrate different features then leave us to play around getting to know the prams. They were amazing at their jobs. We came home with so much to think about. We wanted to see the UPPAbaby Vista and it was on display in the Cardiff store so we went to look. After another hour of our 2 older children perched in the corner on our phones (the Cardiff staff were amazing with them and us) we looked at the Icandy peach which was always our first choice, the UPPAbaby Vista 2 which we loved however we settled on the cosatto Continental in bureau. The pram itself sold us, however being able to spend that time choosing the pram without being hassled was definitely peace of mind we had made the right choice. We paid for the pram on the Monday morning, my husband asked for it to be picked up as soon as possible. We had a phone call by the Friday saying that it was in store ready for pick up. The whole experience was an absolute dream. We haven't used the free scan yet, so can't give our experience with that. But our pram is fabulous and we saved so much having the whole travel system and isofix included meant we didn't have to shop around for different bits. All in all I would highly recommend the service by the discount pram centre, even if you just want to go and have a look and get your questions answered.

A warm welcome and excellent customer service by Lauren. Plenty of choice of prams and accessories. All our questions answered and all accessories shown how to use. Great experience.

Great experience at the crosshands store today, welcoming friendly staff where nothing was too much to ask. they left us have our space to look around and were more than willing to show us how the pram worked

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Visited the cross hands store twice, both times we were very pleased with the service we experienced and would recommend to anyone!
