Carters Removal

After discovering just two weeks before our move that the firm wed arranged to do the move hadnt actually booked us in, Nick Carter came to our rescue. He was at our farm to look at the job within less than an hour of contacting him and was so professional and efficient that it was an easy decision to engage Carters services when the quote arrived the next day. The information and resources on Carters website to make the move go as smoothly as possible were so helpful. The move was completed exactly as planned over two days with extreme care taken by Nick and his three staff members to protect our possessions and place them exactly where wed asked regardless of the additional challenge due to the bulk and weight of some of the furniture. We cant thank Nick and his crew enough and highly recommend Carters to anyone looking for removal services. Simply the best!

From the outset, my experience of dealing with Nick has been calm, clear and professional. He replied promptly and helpfully to the various queries that came up in the lead up to the moving day and on more than one occasion provided a really helpful solution to tricky aspects of the move. I moved house in 2016, and I was delighted by Nick and his team's professionalism and friendly attention to a very difficult and strenuous job. So much so, that when I moved again in 2023, I had no hesitation in using their services again. I was not disappointed. The business has grown, but they still offer the same attention to detail, friendly manner and overall professionalism. If I ever move house again, I will certainly not use anyone but Carters. Thanks to all the team! A jewel of a company and well-deserving of all their success.

I cannot stress how good these guys are. Carter's moved me from Felinfoel to Bynea in one load. They arrived on time in a 7.5 tonne due to my road being a single track, they have bigger lorries. It took them 4 hours to load and 2 hours to unload in Bynea. Nothing was a problem for them, which meant I could concentrate on dealing with Solicitors etc. Nic was great in getting the quote back to me in good time and providing helpful information. On the day Andrew, Nathan and Kane were awesome. I would highly recommend and definitely would use again.

Absolutely first class removal company. Nick, Alan and Liam moved us from Wareham in Dorset to the Pontardawe area of South Wales over a period of 5 days. Additional packing service was actioned extremely well, with no damage at all to all furniture, ornaments and pictures. Garage, workshop and cabin contents were included in the move as was a trailer transport for a sports car. Cost was very reasonable ( we would have paid the same amount via a local Dorset company without the additional packing service). Nick and his team were professional throughout, and it was a pleasure to have them working for us. We moved on what was the hottest week of the year; due to the location of our new home all items had to be transferred from the removals van to a small van , so approx 8 trips were required from the depot in Ammanford to our property, on the hottest day (38 degrees) with the team not complaining at all. Boxes and packing materials were collected once we had finished unpacking. I would strongly recommend Carters to anyone looking for a removals company in the future. Great service.
