A week ago I saw Jason for hypnosis to help give up smoking. I was a bit apprehensive and had a lot of questions about how it worked, the process etc. Jason was very accommodating to meet and answer and questions I had before hand which put my mind at ease. I was 100% ready to give up smoking which is vital to u kicking the habit. I am now 8 days in and have not had a cigarette. I have given up before cold turkey and have had cravings which haven't been as strong with the hypnosis.i still have cravings but in the way of I knew I needed a cigarette, but wasn't missing having a cigarette. It's clever how this works with your mind. I've written essays to Jason the last week on how I've felt and would be happy to speak to anyone with how I've felt. I'm really grateful for the ongoing support that Jason has offered and has been in touch to see how I'm doin. Not only for health reasons and feeling so much better I am now looking at people thinking how they afford to smoke as the cost is ridiculous. The amount I had spent on cigarettes over the year was kindly worked out by Jason .i almost cried!!!! I found the whole process a success and would highly recommend this to anyone! Thank you Jason

Like many people i was a dis-believe in how effective hypnotherapy can be . I have had 2 sessesion wih Jason and can honestly say this is the happiest i've been in a long time. If you dont believe it works , try him. I PROMISE you , you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Amazing!! Fantastic!! I habe never ever laughed so much in my life!! I organised an event and Jason did the most amazing show!! Have to say was the funniest night I havw ever had!!!

This was my first time at a live hypnosis show and had an awesome night, will definitely be going again.
