I ordered a chair for my Grandson and I got his birth date mixed up with his sister. I immediately emailed Leyton to see if there was anything he could do, he told me to send it back and he would see what he could do. He worked his magic and I have received the chair back today and you can't tell there was a mistake. I can't recommend this Company enough.
